The house was amazing - right on the beach, convenient to grocery store/restaurants/etc. Everyone had their own bedroom with bath. Sunrises each morning, manatee swimming by, waves crashing outside your window. What a great week!

Our extended family of 10 spent a week here. There was plenty of private and common space. We truly enjoyed the pool, and hot tub in the evenings. We had a few nice meals al fresco; but, mostly we dined at several great nearby restaurants. The house is located right on the beach.

10/10! Our family of 15 had an amazing time. Plenty of space for all of us. Butch was terrific to work with. This upscale home is off-the-charts. The location could not be any better. A beautiful beach is literally steps away. The private pool was a big hit with everyone, too. We appreciated the paddle board, kayak, and many swim toys. It was hot outside and the A/C worked great. Bedrooms were very comfortable. The family room and kitchen were very nice, huge and easily accommodated all of us. Absolutely LOVED our stay!
